Refund policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We stand behind Balance Complex with a 90-day money-back guarantee. You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund for any reason.

To be eligible, your item must be in the condition you received it. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return. Request a return through our Contact page. We respond within one business day with instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Return address. Approved returns are sent to: Balance Complex, 7119 West Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90046. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items may be excluded where indicated.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period. If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in addition to the 90-day guarantee above.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved.
